Terms of Service

1. General Information

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website unspokeneyes.com and the services provided by Unspoken Eyes, an animal consulting business, owned by Nives Višnjić, registered in the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: "Service Provider").

2. Service Description

Unspoken Eyes provides intuitive animal communication services (telepathic communication). This service includes:

  • Basic Communication (up to 5 questions)
  • Shortened Communication (up to 2 questions)
  • Follow-up Communication (1 question, for existing clients)
  • Additional Questions (charged separately)

Important: Animal communication is not a substitute for veterinary care, professional training, or behavioural therapy. It is a complementary method.

3. Ordering the Service

You can order the service via the contact form on the website or by email. After receiving your request, we will confirm the details and the delivery time.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD). Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or PayPal. The invoice is sent by email after the service is completed.

5. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: up to 7 business days
  • Rush option: within 24 hours (with an additional fee)

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the consumer.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider cannot guarantee specific communication results. Each communication depends on the cooperation of the animal and the context of the situation. The service is provided "as is".

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on the website (texts, images, logos) are protected by copyright and belong to Unspoken Eyes. Copying, reproduction, or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Croatia. Croatian law applies. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon publication on this page.
